Teri Benham

As Sales Manager of the Heritage Village Real Estate office, I oversee our sales organization, focusing on servicing the needs of our clients. I’ve worked with the Heritage Development Group since 2005, both as Sales Manager of The Courtyard condominiums, and as Selections Coordinator – assisting buyers in customizing the finishes of their new home and other customer service requests. My background in Sales Management and Customer Service has been in a variety of business areas, including the aerospace and food industries. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing tennis and traveling.
